招聘
We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.
With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.
monday is at an inflection point: evolving from a single product into a multi-product, AI-powered platform. Your group will define the data foundation that makes that transformation possible.
As the Senior Product Group Lead for Data, you will define and own the next-generation data platform powering every monday.com product and every AI use case - at massive scale. You will lead a distributed group of PMs across Tel Aviv and London, partnering with engineering leadership and executive stakeholders to build the data foundation that serves hundreds of internal teams and millions of users.
- Own and build the data platform strategy - defining how data is modeled, structured, enriched, versioned, and exposed through APIs to ensure consistency, resilience, and scalability across all monday services.
- Lead and grow a high-performing distributed product team (Tel Aviv + London), fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and excellence.
- Remove data bottlenecks so product teams ship faster - turn data into a product that allows product teams to leverage platform data without reinventing infrastructure, accelerating innovation.
- Ensure data integrity at scale - design the platform capabilities that preserve consistency, accuracy, and clarity of meaning across billions of records - so monday data remains reliable, trusted, and usable as the company scales.
- Gather insights from peer product managers, customer requirements, and market trends to prioritize the most impactful improvements to the data layer.
- Align executives around platform investments - partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align platform investments with business priorities and drive product adoption and measurable impact.
- Prioritize ruthlessly - separating what is technically interesting from what materially moves the business.
