  • Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings
  • 3-5 years experience in Channel Partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role
  • Managerial experience is a must
  • Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs - important for the role
  • A solid foundation and an eagerness to learn
  • Experience in a global work environment
  • Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
  • Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach
  • You move fast. You fail fast. You get back up and keep going
  • You are not scared of negotiation. Whether it be negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or the balance of our company and partners needs, you can tactfully negotiate.
  • A team player with a positive attitude - we celebrate our culture of respect, kindness, and fun.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-centric team where transparency and ownership aren't just buzzwords, they are how we build
