We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven AI Strategy and Operations Lead to drive the CCO organization’s AI initiatives end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, go-to-market, and customer experience, turning AI vision into scalable execution.
This is a builder role: creating structure where none exists, identifying gaps, and driving impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Own and execute AI initiatives across the CCO organization - from strategy to rollout
- Translate company AI strategy into actionable plans across teams
- Support GTM strategy for AI offerings, including positioning, segmentation, and launch plans
- Design and optimize operational processes to support AI initiatives
- Analyze data, define KPIs, and track performance
- Partner cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, CCO) to ensure alignment and execution
- Lead internal and external communication around AI initiatives

- Manage multiple priorities with high efficiency
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience in operations, strategy, or program/project management
- Strong ability to translate strategy into execution
- Proven execution skills and ownership mindset
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
