About the People & Culture Team
The Mixpanel People and Culture team is the heart and soul of Mixpanel. We lead with care and empathy and deliver a high-touch employee experience to make Mixpanel a best-in-class, inclusive, and supportive place to work and an equitable environment for all employees to grow and advance.
One key to Mixpanel’s success is an emphasis on our people and enabling individuals and teams of all backgrounds to reach their full potential. The People function is critical in driving that effort by executing Mixpanel’s people initiatives, acting as strategic advisors to the executive team and senior leadership, and providing superior internal support while driving HR operational excellence.
About the Role
The Learning & Development Partner designs and delivers learning programs that help Mixpanel employees and managers grow. This role builds and maintains in-house manager training while also creating development & onboarding opportunities that support employees at every stage of their careers. You will partner closely with leaders and People Business Partners to translate business needs into practical, engaging learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability and overall performance.
Responsibilities

Owns and maintains in-house manager training programs that support new and experienced people leaders

Create and facilitate development programs for employees, including core skills and career growth workshops

Build structured learning pathways that align with performance and career development processes

Owns and maintains employee onboarding programs and processes

Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and turn them into clear, scalable learning solutions

Measure program effectiveness using feedback and data, and continuously improve content and delivery

Develop practical tools and resources that managers and employees can apply in their day-to-day work

Evaluate and manage external learning vendors when needed
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
-
Bachelor's Degree or a proven track record of building successful learning and development programs.

Experience designing and facilitating learning programs for managers and employees from the ground up
-
Experience facilitating workshops in both in-person and virtual settings
-
A clear understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in workplace settings
-
Experience building structured programs from concept through delivery and iteration
-
Comfort working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback into program design
-
The ability to use data and feedback to improve learning outcomes
Compensation
The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. You can view our benefits offerings here.
Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors. If you have questions about the specific range, your recruiter can share this information.
