WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON HERE:

Supporting product adoption by improving awareness of technical features built by publishing content about them that generates high impression counts
-
Making creative content that people actually want to consume through innovative positioning and strategies
-
Increasing organic traffic to key landing and documentation pages
-
Publishing pieces of technical and product stories supported by research, interviews, and data
-
Improving content planning, review systems, and collaboration processes
-
Creating a content calendar tracking for cadence
-
Finding ways to position Mintlify as a trusted authority in developer experience and documentation quality

Shaping messaging that drives awareness among engineers, technical writers, and product teams
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
-
Prior experience writing content people actually read. Popular writing pieces with more than 1K+ visitors in the first 48 hours distributed via X, LinkedIn, Substack. Existing popular socials and audience

Terminally online, able to keep your finger on the pulse and understand what is trending
-
Can-do attitude. Mindset of "I haven't figured it out yet", not "This won't work for us". Willing to fail often & fast

Experience driving organic traffic
-
History of owning a content program or contributing to one at an early stage company
-
Experience translating product features into clear narratives
-
Technical Skills: Ability to understand Mintlify's product deeply, familiarity with developer tools and AI themes, understanding of documentation systems, proficiency with distribution channels, proficiency with SEO fundamentals, and comfort using analytical tools

Behavioral competencies: Direct communication, ability to prioritize based on impact, willingness to interview users and internal teams, and comfort operating with autonomy.

Bonus points: Familiarity with competitive landscapes in developer tooling or technical background in SAAS, devtools, technical writing.
