We are hiring a Software Engineer II(full-stack, back-end) to join our Dynamics 365 Supply chain management application team who are supporting customers today and designing for tomorrow. We are looking for a purpose-driven software engineer who is passionate about solving enterprise business problems at scale and developing a new class of services for our customers. • Responsibilities- Drive product development with focus on technical direction, quality, usability & performance leveraging data for making decisions.
• Participate in livesite operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across internal & external stakeholders providing leadership and to innovate and enable continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.OR equivalent experience.
• Desire to learn and build world class business applications.
• Relevant qualifications or practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced Sciences or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software development experience in a professional environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English communication.
• Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise resource and planning (ERP) software experience.
• X++/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL experience.
• Familiarity with AI agents or copilots that assist in task automation or decision support.
