Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager – AI Software Development to join the Commercial Cloud & AI Marketing organization for the Developer Solution Play. Our charter is to help developers and technical decision makers build, deploy, and scale AI apps and agents on Azure, with clear value, clear proof, and clear paths to adoption. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing the developer-focused solution play that sits at the intersection of software engineering and modern AI. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your storytelling skills, sharpen your business acumen, and grow your cross-functional leadership across product, marketing, partner and field teams. In this role, you will possess an understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and key trends. Your job is to help our customers understand the value and choose Microsoft platform and products for their SDLC. You will work with teams to turn ideas into results and always focus on what customers need. If you enjoy technology and have marketing skills, this role is for you. Our mission is to help enterprises rethink building software end to end, from planning to operations, using GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, and Azure together. This role puts you at the center of that story. You will help teams move beyond interest into hands-on usage, with motions that drive real adoption inside customer environments.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and refine strategies for Developer Solution Play including audience needs, market research, targeting, and customer, partner, and seller journey requirements and determine investment mix and levers.
- Drive Solution Play priorities by partnering with MCAPS (Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions) and marketing teams. This includes preparing integrated marketing briefs, sharing QBR insights, and focusing on the impact of Highly Engaged pipeline.
- Own the operating rhythm for the Developer Solution Play, using data and insights to drive prioritization, course correct execution, and accelerate adoption.
- Create a closed loop feedback system between marketing, sales, and the field that directly shapes messaging, investments, and activation plans.
