We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect aligned to Microsoft’s Copilot Studio Partner Solutions Architecture team, you will work with enterprise partners to design and scale AI-powered copilots that transform business workflows and application experiences. This role focuses on enabling partners to build intelligent solutions using Copilot Studio that integrate with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and third-party enterprise systems.

In this role, you will help enterprise partners unlock the full potential of Microsoft Copilot Studio by enabling the development of intelligent copilots that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and third-party applications. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will work with partners to design AI-powered solutions that leverage MCP-based extensibility, enterprise data integrations, and application platform services within Azure.

**Responsibilities As a Cloud Solutions Architect on Microsoft’s Enterprise Partner Solutions Architecture team, you will shape the next generation of AI‑powered enterprise transformation.**You’ll collaborate with our most strategic partners to design, architect, and scale intelligent copilots that redefine how organizations work, automate, and innovate. In this role, you will guide partners in harnessing the full capabilities of Microsoft Copilot Studio—from building advanced generative AI copilots to integrating them deeply with Dynamics 365,Power Platform,Azure services, and complex third‑party ecosystems. You’ll help partners unlock extensibility through MCP, orchestrate enterprise‑grade data integrations, and design solutions that elevate entire application experiences. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring every copilot implementation is secure, scalable, and enterprise‑ready.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).

2+ years experience working on technical projects.

Microsoft certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Business Applications are highly valued.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
