Overview
The **Intelligent Conversation and Communications Cloud (IC3)**powers Microsoft Teams and Dynamics by delivering reliable, secure, and scalable real‑time communications at global scale. IC3 is foundational to Teams Telephony and to the next generation of Copilot‑enabled communications experiences, where AI enhances calling, meetings, and collaboration workflows.
We are looking for a **Product Manager (PM2)**to help build and evolve the real‑time communications (RTC) platforms that support Teams Telephony and Copilot experiences. Your work will directly influence how Microsoft delivers reliable, high‑quality communications experiences to millions of users worldwide.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day, we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive—at work and beyond.

- Partner closely with engineering to define scenarios, user stories, trade‑offs, and milestones, and drive execution through sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and release readiness
- Ensure platform solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant, balancing customer value with service fundamentals such as quality, availability, privacy, and cost
- Define and track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, usage, reliability, quality, adoption) and use data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
- Collaborate across teams (engineering, operations, support, and adjacent product groups) to deliver end‑to‑end RTC capabilities that integrate cleanly into Teams and Dynamics experiences
- Contribute to platform thinking, ensuring solutions enable multiple products and scenarios rather than solving for isolated use cases
- Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, providing transparency on priorities, progress, risks, and trade‑offs
