Overview The TDM Factory Management team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of TDM module and sub-tier supplier manufacturing and quality management. The team’s primary focus is to ensure continuity of supply by managing daily factory operations and upholding the highest standards for operational, quality, security, and safety compliance. This role also drives manufacturing process optimization, test characterization, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making. The team ensures robust, end-to-end TDM manufacturing processes and testing that meet or exceed Microsoft product design specifications, delivering operational excellence throughout NPI, ramp, and mass production phases. Additionally, the team leads supplier engineering and quality groups to maintain consistent factory output, flawless processes, high yields, and high-standards quality management across all factory operations, while providing technical guidance and leadership to develop and qualify suppliers for world-class manufacturing performance.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
