Your CSU Adventure: The First 6 Weeks
Forget boring onboarding—your first six weeks are a whirlwind tour of Microsoft’s customer journey:
- Weeks 1–2:Dive deep into the CSU. Meet the team, learn our mission, and see how we drive customer success.
- Weeks 3–4: Jump into Solutions. Get hands-on with how we design and deliver tech that matters.
- Weeks 5–6: Shadow the Sales team. Discover how we connect with customers and turn ideas into action.
Capstone: At the end of your rotation, you’ll share your story—presenting what you’ve learned and how you’ll use it as you step into your new role as a Cloud Solution Architect or Customer Success Account Manager.

Qualifications
- No degree yet (this is your launchpad!)
- 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English, grades A-C or 9-4)
- 3 A-levels (A-C), BTEC Nationals, T Level, or equivalent by September 2026
