The AI Business Solutions team within the SME&C division is driving digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises by leveraging Microsoft Cloud and generative AI technologies. We are seeking a Solution Engineer who will primarily focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), as well as generative AI solutions such as Copilot Studio. In this role, you will help customers solve business challenges through technical expertise and lead solution implementation, collaborating with global teams and partners.

  • Responsibilities- Understand customer business challenges and requirements, and design optimal solutions using ERP (especially D365 FO & SCM) and generative AI solutions such as Copilot Studio.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and workshops.
  • Collaborate with partners and sales teams to support deal acquisition from a technical perspective.
  • Provide technical leadership in implementation projects (requirements definition, Fit & Gap analysis, design reviews, etc.).
  • Deliver technical training and share knowledge with customers and partners.
  • Share information and best practices with global teams and partners.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies (Copilot, generative AI, etc.) and drive their adoption internally and externally.

Qualifications Required:

3+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting for any ERP business application (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Native-level proficiency in Japanese.

Preferred:

Experience in implementation or proposal of D365 FO or SCM.Knowledge and experience with generative AI solutions, especially Copilot Studio.

English communication skills (for collaboration with global teams).
