We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for these next-generation agentic experiences. This is a high-impact role that blends AI innovation, systems thinking, and user-centric design to shape how Windows evolves in the age of agents.

- Responsibilities- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for intelligent agent experiences across Windows surfaces.
- Partner with engineering to deliver performant, privacy-respecting, and scalable solutions that span local execution and cloud orchestration.
- Lead scenario planning and prioritization across diverse user segments and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, platform, compliance, and partner organizations to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration.
- Represent the team in executive reviews, roadmap planning, and strategic forums.
- Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and shaping the culture of a growing team.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.OR equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional products at scale.
- Solid technical fluency in systems architecture, APIs, and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience working with engineering, design, and compliance teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering background or strong technical depth with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with design thinking and MVP prototyping.
- Experience in agentic systems, diagnostics, or customer success domains.
- Familiarity with Windows internals, orchestration frameworks, or Copilot integrations.
- Prior experience with LLM-powered agents or AI-first product development.
