As the Assembly Process Manager, the successful candidate will be based in Gujarat, you will be responsible for all Process Engineering, and supporting Assembly Operations and Technical Staff, and growing the organization into a world class team.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Managing all aspect of Process Engineering functions for the department
• Budgeting, recruiting, hiring, and training of Process Engineering Section team, to meet the Assembly Operation output needs.
• Participate and contribute to areas to improve on yield, lot reject rate, excursion reduction
• Setting up of all Process Engineering processes to enable Process Engineering work to be effective, as well as all Production processes to enable efficient Production
• Ensuring proper documentation is in place for the Assembly site.
• Ensure products meet the required Quality standards and Quality programs are being implemented effectively.
• Interacting with peers and other Departments globally as required.
• Monitoring, reporting, improving, and addressing issues with throughput, performance metrics, and other engineering data.
• Responsible for various ISO certification and Customer audit preparation/certification/qualification.
• Responsible for all internal and external customer complaints/excursions
• Responsible for ensuring qualification of materials and consumables, to support the operation
• Performance management of the Process Team and its members
• Development of the Process Team and its members from Skills and Leadership perspective
• Responsible for Disciplinary issues within Process Engineering Section team.

Requirements :Successful candidates for this position will:

• Masters /Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics.
• Have a minimum 5 years technical staff leadership experience.
• Have good communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and team building skills
• Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and performance management skills.
• Be proficient with FMEA, SPC/APC, 8D and DOE process
• Have extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Be proficient in English
