Key Responsibilities

As a SR ENGINEER, F16 ME DIR IR, you will be motivated to:

• Develop and implement advanced engineering solutions to meet project requirements.
• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to successful implementation.
• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
• Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting to determine the root cause of engineering issues.
• Strictly adhere to industry standards and guidelines to deliver outstanding results.
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

To be considered for this ambitious role, you should have:

• Demonstrated background in engineering, ideally within a high-tech or semiconductor sector.
• A Bachelor's degree or comparable experience, or a Master's degree or comparable experience in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical skills and expertise in engineering principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
