• 規劃並協調各項 建設、擴建、汰換與維修專案，確保如期並在預算內完成
• 建立與執行 安全管理程序，保障全體員工有安全的工作環境
• 與跨部門合作，了解需求並提出有效的廠務解決方案
• 定期執行 廠務系統巡檢、稽核，確保符合法規（地方 / 中央 / 安全規範）
• 管理廠商與供應商，確保品質、時程與成本效率
• 運用專案管理技能，推動廠務系統升級與改善專案

廠務工程師職缺我們希望你具備：

• 工程相關學士（或以上）學歷
• 3 年以上廠務工程、建築機電或相關工作經驗
• 熟悉 HVAC、電力、機電、給排水等建築系統
• 具備專案管理能力，可同時處理多個專案
• 具備執行廠務改善與升級的成功經驗
• 良好的溝通協調與跨部門合作能力
• 遵循安全操作流程的職業素養
• 熟悉廠務管理軟體或相關工具者佳
