Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Production Line Oversight & Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor production line performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

Inventory Management & Optimization:

• Use advanced analytics, scheduling optimization, and reporting tools to strengthen site inventory health and support supply chain stability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering teams to improve overall inventory performance through business process improvements, scheduling logic development, and data-driven reporting.

Visualization & Reporting:

• Build and implement dashboards and analytical reports to monitor inventory health and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scheduling principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume production environments.
• Familiarity with business process improvement and project management methodologies.
