Job Description :

• Ensure stable data flow and quality and quickly recover systems from abnormal events to minimize operational impact.
• Analyze customer demands and requirements to deliver the most effective digital solutions.
• Build, maintain, and optimize applications, including dashboards, websites, and automation tools, to enhance functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deploy products to other sites, optimizing their operations.
• Provide clear and logical instructions to help customers identify and solve problems through digital transformation.
• Utilize data acuity to create metrics and dashboards, significantly enhancing factory monitoring capabilities.
• Follow facility discipline and company strategy to continuously optimize operational processes.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to drive team progress and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
• Implement security best practices to protect applications and data from potential threats.

Requirement

• Master's degree in computer science & information engineering related field or 3 years’ experience on software outsourcing company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent logical processing and the ability to think from multiple viewpoints.
• Proficient in clear and precise communication, with a strong ability to speak confidently in front of an audience.
• The ability to confidently tackle new technologies and challenges, coupled with a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
• Demonstrates patience, the ability to work independently, responsibly complete tasks, and effectively report any abnormalities.

Skill Set

• Significant experience with big data processing and/or developing applications and data sources.
• Familiarity with software & website architecture.
• Strong working knowledge of databases including SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong mathematics background, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Database Solutions: MSSQL, Oracle, GCP Big Query
• Cloud-Based Solutions: GCP, Azure
• Website Development Solutions: ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, Node.js, RESTful API
• Application Development Solutions: Python
• Dashboard and Data Visualization Solutions: Tableau, Power BI
• Version Control: Git, Bit Bucket
