Responsibilities

• Implement daily operation of all Receiving and Shipping functions in compliance with policies and procedures to support the company’s operation

• Maintain close communication and collaboration with relevant parties and forwarders on shipping arrangement and delivery of materials

• Examine received physical condition, contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods

• Prepare shipping documents, invoices and packing lists for all outgoing shipment

• Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation that enable receiving automation, including process automation, and agentic-AI approach to problem detection, prediction, and optimizing performance

• Promote a Safe and Green Working Environment through developing adequate processes, procedures and training to align with safety, quality and sustainability goals.
