This summer internship runs from July 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026, on a 5-DAY full time basis. Interns will work closely with the team on real projects, taking on role similar to those of full‑time employees. The program also includes a fab tour and a structured project that enables collaboration with fellow summer interns from different functions

Corporate Development team (Corp Dev) at Micron is a lean, but high performing team. We are responsible for making decisions to grow and restructure businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and achieve organizational excellence. The purpose of Corp Dev is to bring value for Micron through actions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, venture investments (direct and indirect through LP investments), and business transactions that leverage Micron’s platform

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Venture Investment analysis

• Participate in M&A due diligence

• Perform strategic and quantitative analysis

• Support the development of insights and recommendations for management team

• Develop market landscapes and overview of semiconductor ecosystem

• Evaluate new opportunities aligned with Micron’s strategic objectives

To Be Successful in This Role:

• Strong quantitative skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork

• Excellent attention to details and strong ability to multitask

• You are comfortable working with global teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Deep knowledge of AI tool, Microsoft office, including financial modeling and presentation

• Deal experience (M&A, VC or related transactions) is a plus

• Interest in technology and the semiconductor industry is highly desirable
