Responsibilities include: - Utilize the Microchip Sales Processes to create new engagements and drive the sales funnel to grow revenue at select target customers. - Provide technical and business insight at every level of the customer engagement. - The CEM owns and drives the company relationship with the assigned customer base. - The CEM must effectively work within a team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies - Communicate effectively with Microchip Product divisions - The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and aspire to provide the customer with the highest level of support - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their customer’s products, the solutions we offer that create value to the customer, the overall market, competitive landscape and internal organization - Consistently meet or exceed sales goals ## Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or commensurate years of experience supporting semiconductor sales, technical degree preferred - 9+ years of experience supporting datacenter or marketing experience preferred (networking, server and storage hardware or datacenter) - Prior experience managing and building partnerships at large accounts - Able to work proficiently in both autonomous and team environments - Systems proficiency – CRM, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.. - Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills This position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship. ## Additional Information Travel Time: 0% - 25% Physical Attributes: Feeling, Handling, Hearing, Other, Seeing, Supervises Others, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others Physical Requirements: 10% walking, 10% standing, 80% sitting; 100% in doors; Usual business hours Pay Range: We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
