当該ポジションに欠員が生じたため。 本ポジションは、イベントマネジメントチームの中核となる実務担当者であり、主要イベント(セールスカンファレンス、経営層会議)において、ステージ制作に関わる企画・制作・進行管理などのプロデューサー業務を担う、非常に重要なポジションです。

メットライフ主催の主要イベント、会議におけるステージ制作全体を担い、社内外ステークホルダーと連携しながら、ブランド価値やメッセージが最大化されるイベント体験の構築・提供をリードすることができます。 また、ハイレベルなマネジメント層とコミュニケーションを取る機会があり、国内に限らず海外業務に関与する機会もあります。

• 職務内容

• イベント・会議のステージ制作に関する企画、制作、ベンダー選定、予算管理等のプロデューサー業務

• プランナー、制作会社、テクニカルベンダー（音響・映像・配信等）との連携およびディレクション

• テクニカルディレクターとしてテクニカル会社へのディレクションおよび映像オペレーション

• 社内外関係者との調整・折衝

• 設営、リハーサルおよび本番における現場統括、ベンダー管理、ステージ進行管理

• イベント実施後のレビュー、レポーティング、改善提案

• 社内ルール、リスク管理、コンプライアンス、各種ワークフローの遵守

• 必須経験・スキル・学歴

【経験】

• イベント制作・ステージ進行・イベント運営等の実務経験（目安：3年以上）

• テクニカル会社との協業経験、ディレクション経験

• 複数ステークホルダーが関与するプロジェクトの進行管理経験

【スキル】

• イベント企画力およびプロジェクトマネジメントスキル

• 制作会社・ベンダーとの折衝、見積・契約調整に関する知識

• PowerPoint、Excel、Word等を用いた企画書・資料作成スキル

• イベント進行における音響、照明、映像に関する一般的知識、理解力

• オンサイトにおける課題対応力、リスク判断力

• 複数案件を同時に管理できる計画力・実行力

• 社内外ステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築できる高いコミュニケーション力

• タイトなスケジュールや不確実性の高い状況下でも成果を出す対応力

• イベントの目的を理解し、最適な手段を選択できる俯瞰的視点

【語学スキル】

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• 英語：日常会話レベルをベースに業務上のコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
