職務内容

金融機関における一般事務及び営業事務

配属された人材の経験と状況により、下記業務を配分していく予定です。

・新規営業職員の入社関連書類及び既存営業職員の退職関連書類の事務対応

・営業職員への身上事項変更等事務対応や問い合わせ対応

・会議資料作成

・その他、生保募集人登録、業界試験に関する事務業務など

経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須）

・高卒可(大卒尚可)

・金融機関の一般事務業務を行える経験

・対人・電話対応ができるコミュニケーション力

・PC操作スキル（Outlookメール操作、データ集計、作成/会議用資料作成など）

・金融知識とコンプライアンスの知識、または学びたい方

・Word：画像導入、書式変更やセクション切等を伴う文書作成

・Excel：基本的な関数（IF・Vlook等）を使用したData作成・集計、グラフ作成

・PowerPoint：外部ファイル(Word・Excel)統合を伴うスライドが作成

・Out look:社内関係者への、依頼文・案内文のメール作成、送信

・金融機関経験者　尚可
