◆職務内容

20～25店の当社登録代理店を担当し、主に訪問により教育・育成・管理する業務

1 代理店個別にコンサルティングの実施

（代理店の経営・販売の態勢作りに関する代理店主に対するサポート）

2 代理店主や募集人を集めての集合研修の実施

（保険商品・販売手法・業界情報・コンプライアンス・その他周辺知識等）

3 代理店募集人に対する個別指導の実施

（保険商品・販売手法・営業事務・コンプライアンス等）

4 新規代理店見込の獲得と登録

◆必要業務経験

【Must要件としての業務経験】

1 大卒以上の方

2 営業経験者（B to B、B to Cでの営業経験がある方）※経験年数問わず

【Want要件としてあると尚良い業務経験】

1保険・証券・銀行等 金融機関の営業経験者

◆必要スキル

【Must要件としてのスキル】

1 コミュニケーション力をお持ちの方

2 自走して物事を進めることができる方

3 行動力がある方

4.顧客視点を持った考え方ができる方

【Want要件としてあると尚良いスキル】

1 常に先を考え、予測しながら行動に移せる方

学歴：四年生大学卒以上

資格：要普通自動車運転免許
