団体保険に関する以下の業務について、適性や経験を踏まえて担当いただきます。

・既契約のお客さま（企業・団体の事務担当者）、

プロデューサーからの問合せ等に対応するサポートセンター業務

（電話・メールでの照会対応、各種書類の発送・受付、付随する管理業務等）

経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須）

・金融機関等での事務経験

・コミュニケーションスキル（部内外の関係者との連携・調整できる）

・一般的なPCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookを使用できる）

経験・スキル・資格・学歴（なお可）

・団体保険に関する業務経験（オペレーション以外でも可）

・コールセンター等による顧客対応経験
