Job Description Main Responsibilities
The role requires management of premium collection, resolve customer inquiries, and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure daily collections are deposited in the company’s bank account.
- Report the daily cash/cheque collection to Head Office.
- As the AML representative, report threshold transaction limits daily.
- Review and accept new business application, verify documents received against the original during both customer onboarding and post-sales service.
- Ensure documents are received & dispatched with proper transmittal records with proper verification as required by the policy.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and recording of money/premium receipts, application receipts, and postage stamps. Maintain a stock of customer forms to avoid unnecessary customer service delays. Oversee office properties and escalate any concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer queries and service requests are managed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Identify, document and escalate service gaps or inefficiencies as and when required.
- Act as the coordinator for the business segment.
- Undertake other assignments as required.
Job Specification
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
- Must be capable of handling assignments independently and with good learning aptitude.
Experience Required: Work experience in Life Insurance or finance industry will be an advantage.
Educational Description: Bachelor’s degree (completed), preferably in business studies.
Job Level: Entry level.
Reports To: Manager – Customer service & conservation.
Compensation: As per company rule.
