The role will support the pricing of new business transactions within Risk Solutions with the main focus on Corporate & Bank Owned Life Insurance. The role will work closely with all RIS business and functional partners, including actuarial, investments, operations, legal, risk and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of pricing metrics including return on investment, value of new business, and capital deployed
  • Engagement with business leaders to discuss and confirm pricing strategies and approaches
  • Financial modeling of liability cashflow, reserve, asset return, and capital projection
  • Sensitivity analysis across various financial and mortality scenarios
  • Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve pricing for the Risk Solutions products

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, economics, or related discipline
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance or reinsurance
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience pricing on life insurance products
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is*$97,400 - $129,800**. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms. *
