
Agency Partner
About the role
Meta is seeking an experienced Agency Partner to serve as a strategic lead for agency holding companies and independent agencies, helping them unlock the full value of Meta's advertising platforms across Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and emerging formats. In this role, you will drive agency-level revenue growth by building deep relationships with agency leadership, championing Meta's advertising solutions, and shaping how agencies plan, buy, and measure campaigns across Meta's family of apps. You will operate at the intersection of media strategy, advertising technology, and business development to influence how agencies invest in and advocate for Meta's platforms.
Agency Partner Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic agency partnership plan that drives revenue growth, platform adoption, and advocacy across holding company and independent agency portfolios
Serve as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for assigned agency partners, building trusted relationships with C-suite, investment, strategy, and planning leadership
Lead consultative engagements with agency partners to align Meta's advertising solutions to their clients' brand and performance marketing objectives
Collaborate with vertical sales, marketing science, and creative strategy teams to develop and deliver agency-facing education programs, upskilling constituents across media, digital, and creative disciplines
Identify and drive transformational revenue opportunities by connecting agency partners with the right Meta teams and solutions across brand, direct response, and measurement
Contribute to cross-functional go-to-market strategy by synthesizing agency feedback, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform product and sales priorities
Track and communicate agency portfolio performance against revenue and adoption goals, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Represent Meta's advertising value proposition in high-stakes agency presentations, upfront negotiations, and joint business planning sessions
Coach and align internal cross-functional stakeholders on agency priorities, ensuring coordinated and consistent engagement across the agency relationship
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in advertising sales, agency partnerships, media strategy, or marketing solutions within a digital media or advertising technology environment
Experience managing and growing strategic relationships with advertising agency holding companies or large independent agencies at the investment, planning, or executive level
Experience developing and executing joint business plans or agency partnership frameworks that drive measurable revenue and platform adoption outcomes
Experience translating complex advertising technology, measurement methodologies, and campaign performance data into clear strategic recommendations for agency audiences
Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization to align internal stakeholders and drive coordinated agency engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Established network of relationships with senior agency leaders at major holding companies or influential independent agencies
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience using data analysis and AI-integrated workflows to identify revenue opportunities, prioritize accounts, and develop agency-specific business cases
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Experience with Meta's advertising platforms, including campaign planning, buying, and measurement across Facebook, Instagram, and video formats
Experience leading agency education or enablement programs that scaled advertiser knowledge and drove platform advocacy across multiple agency disciplines
