Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Representative is to actively promote and sell our dairy technology solutions, driving adoption and commercial success within the assigned region. This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and positioning our products as key tools for improving dairy farm performance.
The Sales Representative acts as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, combining strong scientific knowledge with a consultative sales approach. Working directly with dairy producers and key stakeholders, the role supports customers throughout the sales process – from lead generation and needs analysis, through product demonstrations and solution design, to closing deals and supporting early adoption in cooperation with Customer Success.
This is a field-based role with strong involvement during new product launches and strategic commercial initiatives.
The Sales Representative collaborates closely with internal teams to achieve regional sales targets and long-term business growth.
Job location: South-West Poland Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Actively identify, prospect and develop new sales opportunities for dairy technology solutions within the assigned territory.

Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, needs assessment, product presentation, negotiation and closing.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Drive upsell, cross-sell and upgrade opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Product Promotion & Value Selling

Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of dairy technology solutions, including features, benefits and economic value for customers.

Conduct on-farm product demonstrations and technology presentations tailored to customer needs.

Translate technical and scientific product capabilities into clear commercial value propositions for farmers and decision-makers.
Consultative Farm Assessment

Analyze farm routines and performance indicators to identify opportunities where technology can deliver measurable benefits.

Support customers in understanding how technology impacts reproduction, herd health, calf and heifer management, and milk quality.

Position solutions as part of broader farm optimization strategies.
Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and act as their primary commercial contact.

Work closely with Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and early adoption after sale.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
Market & Feedback Intelligence

Actively gather market insights and customer feedback related to products, pricing, competitor activity and unmet needs.

Share insights internally to support continuous improvement of products, marketing strategies and sales tools.

Support commercial beta programs by identifying suitable customers and maintaining engagement during pilot phases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, customer success and above-market teams to support product launches and regional campaigns.

Contribute to the development and localization of sales and training materials.

Promote digital tools and self-service options as part of the commercial customer journey.
Industry Representation

Represent the company at farm events, exhibitions, open days and industry meetings.

Act as a speaker or presenter to promote dairy production management and technology-driven solutions.

Share success stories, case studies and best practices to strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications:
Education:
- University degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, zootechnics or a related field.
Skills Required:
- Sales Experience:
3–5 years of proven experience in a field-based sales or technical sales role, preferably within agriculture, livestock or animal health.
- Dairy Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of dairy production, including reproduction, herd health, nutrition and milk quality.
- Commercial Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, negotiate and close deals, with a results-driven approach.
- Technical & Scientific Aptitude:
Ability to understand complex technologies and explain them clearly in a commercial context.
- Communication & Influence:
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to build credibility with farmers and stakeholders.
- Language Skills:
Fluency in the local language and intermediate written and spoken English.
- CRM Proficiency:
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to manage opportunities and customer data.
- Self-Motivation & Independence:
High level of autonomy, initiative and accountability.
- Travel Availability:
Willingness to travel up to 60%.
