Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, self-starter to join our Enterprise Information Technology team to help us identify and deliver business solutions, in partnership with Global Supplier Management Group & Workplace Service VT and Information Technology colleagues. These critical functions operate at a global scale, supporting our business in over 130 countries.
The Testing Engineer role is accountable for sound planning and execution of all activities in support of testing and validation of solutions. The individual must have in-depth knowledge of engineering and design of the solutions, be adept at processing information through coding , calculating, and verifying data. They will design the test strategy, develop and execute the suites of automated and manual tests to provide evidence that it meets requirement and assurance of functionality, reliability, performance and usability to its users.
**What will you do in this role Primary skill-**Jira, Xray,Tricentis Tosca and/or Robot Framework.
**Secondary Skill-**Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium familiarity Experience with AI-assisted test generation/maintenance.
- Meets with the product team to determine testing parameters.
- Works with other groups on project-wide efforts
- Responsible for designing and conducting the tests that assess the quality and functionalities of a product.
- Creation of automated test scripts which will fulfill identified testing scope.
- Aligns with automation best practices and standards, peer review process and test design techniques.
- Create detailed step-by-step documentation of test procedures to ensure replicability, compliance with standards.
- Evaluates complex technical data, develop strategic recommendations and resolves advanced technical issues.
What should you have
- Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in large, complex IT development projects
- Good working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or another Agile framework.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management principles.
- Basic understanding of Quality Engineering principles and CI/CD DevOps implementation
- Technical experience in code development language
- Experience with model-based automation test tools
- Experience in API and mobile testing
- Experience in automated test case development, management, and modularization
- Experience with test management tools
- Working knowledge of Pharma regulations, Experience Design, and Advanced Analytics.
