Job Description:

Notre Groupe est le leader mondial dans le domaine de l'intelligence animale. Nous recherchons pour notre site d'ALBI (90 personnes), un Coordinateur d'Equipe.

Missions :

  • Animer, motiver et organiser votre équipe, afin de garantir le respect des engagements de production, dans un souci permanent du respect des process sécurité, qualité, environnement,

  • Manager les équipes et assurer la transmission de l’information (Tiers),

  • Être en lien permanent avec les équipes ordonnancement, maintenance et logistique,

  • Organiser la production sur son périmètre en fonction des priorités du site,

  • Animer et insuffler le déploiement de l’amélioration continue dans son équipe,

  • Optimiser les effectifs dans son équipe (CDI, CDD, intérimaires).

Prérequis :

  • Expérience du management de proximité industriel de minimum 5 ans,

  • Culture de l’appartenance, de la performance, de la sécurité et de l’amélioration continue,

  • Lean Management et optimisation de l’outil industriel,

  • A l’aise avec le modèle RH grand groupe industriel,

  • Travail en cycle horaire équipe 38,

  • Maîtrise Pack Office

  • ERP SAP – Solution de gestion des ressources (Work Day est un plus),

  • Anglais Technique Courant (mini B2),

  • Animé/e par la volonté de faire progresser votre équipe, Homme / Femme de terrain, fédérateur, exemplaire, vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, de pragmatisme, de disponibilité, d'un esprit de service et de responsabilités,

  • Vous savez vous appuyer sur les compétences techniques internes pour faire avancer les sujets,

  • Vous savez vous adapter aux aléas du quotidien.
