Job Description:
Help us build the experience layer powering 40 enterprise platforms—and make thousands of engineers happier every day.
We’re creating a unified Platform Experience layer that gives developers and data teams one intuitive, self‑service way to work with dozens of internal platforms. Think of it as a modern, modular admin portal combined with onboarding flows, access management, an API hub, and real‑time insights—supported by strong automation and security-by-design principles.
If you're motivated by simplifying complexity, improving developer workflows, and crafting experiences that feel smooth and reliable, this role offers a unique chance to make a real impact.
Security is central to everything we build. You’ll help ensure our experiences are safe, consistent, and trustworthy—without sacrificing usability.
What you’ll do
-
Contribute to building core platform experiences: You’ll help develop modular interfaces, clear onboarding flows, intuitive access patterns, and simple ways for users to understand platform health and status. Your work will help make complex systems feel predictable and approachable
-
Turn complexity into usable workflows: You’ll support the design and implementation of self‑service experiences that hide unnecessary complexity—making provisioning, access, and integration tasks easier and faster for internal teams
-
Help create scalable patterns: You’ll work with platform owners across a wide range of technologies to align on shared standards, reusable contracts, and consistent ways of working. You’ll help reduce duplication and increase reliability across the ecosystem
-
Support meaningful insights and visibility: You’ll contribute to dashboards, telemetry views, and signals that help users—technical and non‑technical—understand what’s happening and why
-
Explore opportunities to enhance experiences with AI: You’ll participate in experiments with AI-driven guidance, contextual help, and workflow simplification—always with a focus on responsible and secure usage
-
Collaborate with partners across the organization: You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, product partners, and platform owners to understand needs, test ideas, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. You’ll help foster open communication and a learning mindset
-
Grow your skills in UX, security, and systems thinking: You’ll develop stronger experience‑design skills, learn how to simplify complex systems, and gain exposure to platform standards, secure design patterns, and multi‑platform architectures
What success looks like
-
Onboarding and provisioning feel simple, fast, and self‑service for users
-
Developers experience more consistency across many platforms
-
Platform owners benefit from shared patterns and reusable components
-
Users can easily understand platform health, costs, usage, and compliance
-
Workflows and interfaces—UI, API, CLI, SDK—feel coherent and well‑documented
-
AI helps guide users and improves discoverability where it makes sense
-
You collaborate effectively, gather feedback, and iterate with clarity
-
You are seen as a reliable contributor to the Platform Experience layer
What you bring
-
A solid engineering foundation with interest or experience in platform engineering, developer tooling, or internal platforms
-
A mindset focused on usability, clarity, simplification, and thoughtful systems design
-
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and working across different tools
-
An automation‑oriented approach and familiarity with modern Platform Engineering and DevOps practices
-
Experience building internal tools, workflows, APIs, or developer-facing features
-
Understanding of identity, access, guardrails, and secure design principles
-
Interest or experience in telemetry, dashboards, or observability signals
-
Good communication skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams
-
Comfort working in Scrum and in evolving technology environments
Nice to have
-
Exposure to integration, data, or governance platforms
-
Familiarity with schema-driven UI, reusable design systems, or contract-first design
-
Experience in platform engineering or internal developer platforms
-
Curiosity about applying AI/ML to assistive or workflow experiences
What we value
-
Putting the user at the center—building experiences engineers actually enjoy
-
Security, automation, and self-service as core design principles
-
Curiosity, openness, and the ability to simplify complex systems
-
Fast iteration supported by feedback and real-world testing
-
A focus on outcomes: adoption, reliability, time-to-provision, and overall user satisfaction
What we offer
-
Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment
-
Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally
-
Hybrid working model, flexible role pattern
-
