＜職務概要＞
・オンコロジー関連製品の売り上げ、そのための質の高いアクションプランの立案・実行に対して責任を持つ。
・当社のオンコロジー製品だけでなく、競合他社製品にも精通し、当社オンコロジー製品に最適な患者へ製品を届けるPatient Centricな行動を体現する。
・疾患・治療等オンコロジーを取り巻くすべてのことに精通することが求められる。そのため、常に最新の知識習得に自ら努め、それらを整理し、顧客ニーズにあった情報提供を実行する。
・適正使用を推進する。
・安全性情報の収集・報告を徹底し、副作用マネジメントの提案を行う。
・本社関連部署、及びエリアのMR・DMと協力して戦略を実行する。

・他営業部門のMR・DMとコラボレーションして活動する。
・マネジメントに情報をタイムリーに提供する（報連相）。
・MRとしての高い倫理観を発揮し、コンプライアンスを遵守した活動を行う。

＜必須条件＞

・MR認定試験合格者であること
・ステークホルダー/顧客とのインタラクティブなコミュニケーション能力を有する
・自ら課題探求していくために学習を続ける意志があること
・アクション実行時に求められる協調性と責任感の発揮に優れる
・効果的な問題解決スキル、創造的な思考スキルを有する
・アサインされた職務の管理に関するスキル（堅実性、適時性等）
・MRとして高い倫理観をもつこと
・常に新しいことを吸収する能力

＜歓迎条件＞

・オンコロジーMR経験2年以上 (オンコロジー専門MRとしての幅広い視野と基礎力の目安として)

・高い科学的知識の裏づけに基づく、科学論文(英語論文を含む)の読解スキル
