Job Description:

スワインカスタマーチームマネージャーとして、担当エリアの目標を達成するため、チーム全体の豚用医薬品（ワクチン、抗菌剤、ホルモン剤など）の売上に向けてリードし、統括管理するとともにその責任を負う。

＜主な業務＞

・事業部の方針に基づき、担当エリアの戦略を明確にしてチーム全体の販売計画を立案・策定し、目標を達成する。

・マーケティングマネージャーと協働してキャンペーン、特約店施策、セミナーなどの販売促進活動を企画・立案して実行する。

・テクニカルマネージャーと協働して顧客の問題解決に向けたサービスの提供についてプロセスと結果を管理する。

・担当エリアの流通・市場構造を理解し、キーとなる特約店幹部やKOLと良好な関係を構築する。

・市場分析を実施して課題を抽出するとともに、その解決のためにカスタマーコンサルタントを支援する。

・Salesforceを活用しカスタマーコンサルタントの営業活動をモニタリング・分析し、効率的なリソース配分を指導する。

・各カスタマーコンサルタントの経験・能力に合わせて目標を設定し、日々フィードバックをすることでチームメンバーの育成を図る。

・チーム全体のコンプライアンス遵守、法規制（薬機法、独禁法、個人情報保護法、道交法等）の遵守を指導し、徹底する。

・組織管理の基本的知識、効果的なアクションプランを企画・立案し実効する能力

・パフォーマンスマネージメントに必要な知識・目標管理・評価スキル

・メンバーを育成するコーチングスキル、組織を効果的に動かすチーム・ビルディングスキル

・リーダーとして変革を推進する能力

・労務管理に関する知識（労働法、就業規則他）、メンタルヘルスに関する基本的知識

・薬機法、独禁法、個人情報保護法、道交法等、関連法規の理解

・コミュニケーション・対人能力、プレゼンテーションスキル、基礎セリングなどの営業スキル

・ベーシックな飼養管理や疾病対策などの学術知識

・Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook、TeamsなどのITアプリケーションスキル

＜その他、あれば望ましい学歴・資格等＞

獣医師国家資格、畜産学科学位、HACCP・JGAP審査員資格、英語力
