Associate Product Manager at Merck
About the role
Job Description:
The Associate Project Manager will drive growth and deliver performance across assigned products and projects. The individual will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
This role will be based in Taipei office but provide agile transportation and operational support across designated territories.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and execute the Gastrointestinal portfolio strategy and brand plans to drive business growth.

Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver key portfolio milestones, including reimbursement/lifecycle initiatives.

Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Manage marketing resources and ensure disciplined execution, including budget and sponsorship governance in compliance with policies.

Partner with the field team to identify key customer/account opportunities and translate insights into impactful action plans.

Demonstrate strong ownership, execution excellence, and leadership to deliver measurable results.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
-
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or above preferred.

5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2+ years in a marketing/product management role (Gastrointestinal) disease area or Oncology experience preferred).

Proven track record in driving major brand milestones (e.g., product/indication launch, reimbursement initiatives).

Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into clear plans and measurable actions.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functionally, with solid stakeholder/KOL engagement and communication skills.

High ownership, execution excellence, and an agile, results‑driven mindset.
