Position Description
This role will focus on transforming business needs into actionable intelligence by combining analytics, AI, and business logic. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and ensure insights are effectively embedded into decision-making processes for leader team.
Job Responsibilities

Use AI and advanced analytics to convert business data into meaningful insights for management decision-making.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business partners, operations, analytics, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve decision quality through better integration of data, insights, and business context.

Ensure analytics solutions are aligned with business priorities and can be adopted effectively by end users.

Drive end-to-end project execution from problem definition through implementation and user adoption.

Continuously improve the platform based on user feedback, changing business needs, and emerging AI capabilities.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference will be given to candidates with majors in Business, Data Analytics, Economics or related disciplines.

5~7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience in data analysis, SFE, BI, consulting, or other analytical/business transformation roles.

Strong ability to work across departments and manage stakeholder expectations.

Demonstrated ability to translate business rules and requirements into actionable solutions.

Good understanding of analytics, business intelligence, and AI applications in enterprise environments.

Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or supporting AI-enabled analytics platforms or decision-support tools.

Consulting experience or experience in leading cross-functional transformation projects.
