Job Description:
Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente Comercial de Oncología, responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de venta de la unidad mediante la gestión efectiva del equipo y la implementación de las estrategias de marketing, comerciales y de acceso.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Cumplir los objetivos de ventas de la unidad de Oncología.
- Definir los objetivos de venta del equipo a cargo, orientar y supervisar el desempeño individual de los representantes, así como acompañarlos en su plan de carrera.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de las estrategias de marketing y digitales de la compañía.
- Contribuir en el diseño e implementación de estrategias comerciales y de acceso en los sectores público y privado.
- Dar seguimiento continuo a las actividades de promoción planificadas y ejecutadas por la fuerza de ventas.
- Promover el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas, asegurando que todas las interacciones con los HCPs se realicen bajo los lineamientos de compliance.
- Establecer relaciones productivas y de largo plazo con los HCPs, colaborando activamente en la mejora de la calidad de vida de los pacientes y comprendiendo sus necesidades.
- Mantener un relacionamiento sólido y estratégico con los principales KOLs y Sociedades Científicas.
Requisitos: Educación:
- Licenciatura concluida.
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en la gestión de cuentas y canales comerciales en el sector farmacéutico, idealmente en oncología o alta especialidad.
- Inglés intermedio (requerido).
- Deseable: al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles de marketing e inglés avanzado.
Habilidades:
- Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones informadas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para construir relaciones efectivas en todos los niveles de la organización.
- Experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Dominio de herramientas CRM y del paquete Microsoft Office.
