Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual that will be responsible for partnering with Business partners in our Animal Health in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) area, supporting the (Global) Business Process in our ERP system.

The position is situated in our technology center in Prague, and the team is global – you will be reporting to the Director of our Animal Health IT Manufacturing and Supply. You will cooperate with Global SCM and local Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) on the business side as well as Enterprise Process Management (EPM) colleagues and support team members.

Responsibilities:

• Safeguards the Global Template

• Approves and reviews Changes before they are executed

• Builds strong relationship with Local Business Process Owners (LBPO’s) and Key Users / SME’s

• Delivers input to the GBPO and Team Manager for Projects and CRF’s

• Manages medium complex projects

• Participates in workshops, support testing, training and go-live

• Supports second line support team

• Connects with EPM colleagues on to understand end-to-end processes and aim for improvements or impact of existing change requests

Requirements:

• Broad general IT knowledge and experience

• In depth knowledge of SAP SCM (SD/PP/MM) solutions

• Five years or more hands on experience with SAP customizing in SCM (SD/PP/MM) of which five years or more with SAP Variant Configuration and management of large complex projects

• Demonstrated track record as an ERP Specialist in the pharmaceutical or related industry

• Able to advise on use of SAP Variant Configuration and strong experience with VC in discrete industries. Extensive experience with use of Material Variants, object dependencies, super BOM’s with classes and Routings with object dependencies with the use of Variant Tables

• Strong functional background and knowledge of business processes in the specific area

• Knowledge and experience in computer system validation is preferred

• Knowledge of methods and techniques for the adjustments and implementation standard software

• SAP Variant Configuration and/or ECC PP/SD/MM module at customizing level

• Project management certification (eg PMI) and Lean Six Sigma green belt certification is preferred

• Fluency in English (speaking and writing)

• Ability to travel globally – approx. 25%
