신차 비즈니스의 안정적인 공급망 운영을 위해 현재 발생하고 있는 이슈와 잠재 리스크를 적시에 모니터링, 평가 및 보고하고, 사전에 대응함으로써 비즈니스에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 최소화합니다. 공급망 전반의 생산 및 물류 흐름을 통합하고 최적화하기 위해, 공장에서 Mercedes-Benz 파트너사까지의 유통 채널을 관리합니다. 또한 공급망 운영의 효율성과 정확성을 검토하고, 그 결과를 정기적으로 경영진에게 보고합니다.

주요 업무
End-to-End 공급망 계획 및 가시성 관리

• 생산 배정부터 딜러 배송까지 차량 공급 전 과정을 모니터링하여 공급망 전반의 가시성과 프로세스 투명성을 확보합니다.
• 공급망 각 단계의 공급 성과와 운영 리스크를 평가하고, 근본 원인을 분석하여 적시에 개선 방안을 제안합니다.
• 재고 및 공급 현황 보고서를 분석하여 병목 구간, 잠재적인 공급 차질 및 비즈니스 영향을 파악합니다.
• 지역 및 글로벌 유관 부서와 긴밀히 협업하여 차량 보류, 배송 지연 및 공급 예외 상황을 선제적으로 관리합니다.
• 공급망 성과를 정기적으로 보고하고, 경영진을 위한 주요 인사이트와 개선 권고안을 제공합니다.
• 판매 준비 및 사업 계획 수립을 지원하기 위해 공급 예측 및 공급 리스크 모니터링 체계를 개발하고 관리합니다.
• 개별 차량 상태를 검토하고, 판매가 불가능하거나 고객 인도에 적합하지 않다고 판단되는 차량에 대해 본사와 취소 승인 절차를 선제적으로 조율합니다.

물류 성과 관리 및 프로세스 개선

• 공급 리드타임, 운송 성과 및 배송 품질을 포함한 물류 KPI를 수립하고 모니터링합니다.
• 운영상 비효율 요소를 파악하고 물류 네트워크 전반의 지속적인 개선 활동을 주도합니다.
• 공급망 가시성, 생산성 및 보고 역량 향상을 위한 디지털화 및 프로세스 자동화 프로젝트를 지원합니다.
• 공급망 회복탄력성과 운영 우수성을 강화하기 위한 모범 사례를 도입합니다.
• 물류 서비스 제공업체 및 관련 이해관계자와 긴밀히 협업하여 물류 사고의 근본 원인 분석, 시정 조치 및 재발 방지 계획 수립을 주도합니다.

운송 계획 및 선적 관리

• 원활한 차량 공급과 시장 내 차량 가용성 확보를 위한 운송 계획 업무를 주도합니다.
• 리드타임 성과 추이를 모니터링하고, 선제적인 에스컬레이션 및 조기경보 체계를 통해 지속적인 개선을 추진합니다.
• 효율적인 수입 차량 운송을 위해 물류업체, 선사 및 사내 유관 부서와 협업합니다.
• 시장 수요, 판매 기회 및 차량 가용성을 고려하여 운송 우선순위를 설정하고 배정합니다.
• 항공 운송, 행사 차량, 전시 차량 및 까르네 운송 등 특수 운송 요건을 관리합니다.
• 선적 서류, Incoterms 준수 여부 및 운송 관련 규제 요건을 검토합니다.
• 운임 변동을 모니터링하고, 이에 따른 비즈니스 영향을 분석하여 경영진에게 보고합니다.

인바운드 물류 운영 관리

• 차량이 적시에 정확하게 인도될 수 있도록 인바운드 물류 계획 및 실행 현황을 검토합니다.
• 물류 서비스 제공업체, 터미널 및 사내 유관 부서와 운송 업무를 조율합니다.
• 특수 인바운드 프로젝트 및 비정형 운송 요건을 관리합니다.
• 효율적인 협력업체 정산 프로세스와 정확한 비용 지급을 관리합니다.
• 물류 운영 프로세스, 시스템 및 협력업체 관리 방식을 지속적으로 개선합니다.
• 인바운드 운송 경로와 물류 네트워크를 최적화하여 운영 효율성과 비용 효과성을 향상합니다.

차량 보관 및 수용 능력 관리

• 차량 보관 공간의 사용 현황을 모니터링하고, 잠재적인 수용 능력 부족 리스크를 선제적으로 파악합니다.
• 공급망 차질을 방지하기 위해 대응 방안을 수립하고 차량 보관 공간 배정을 조율합니다.
• 예상 사업 물량에 맞춰 충분한 보관 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 물류업체 및 사내 유관 부서와 협업합니다.

Key points and objectives of the position
To manage a stable supply chain of new car business by monitoring, evaluating and reporting contemporary problems and the potential risk timely in order to reduce potential business impact in advance.
To integrate and optimize the flow of production throughout the supply chain, this position is responsible for managing distribution channel from the factory to the MB Partners and reviewing the supply chain’s effectiveness and accuracy and reporting the results to management level on a regular basis

Description of tasks

End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Visibility:

• Monitor vehicle supply flow across the entire supply chain, from production allocation through dealer delivery, ensuring end-to-end visibility and process transparency.
• Assess supply performance and operational risks at each supply chain node, identifying root causes and recommending timely corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory and supply status reports to highlight bottlenecks, potential disruptions, and business implications.
• Proactively manage vehicle holds, delays, and supply exceptions through close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
• Provide regular supply chain performance reporting, including executive-level insights and recommendations for Managements.
• Develop and maintain supply forecasting and supply risk monitoring frameworks to support sales readiness and business planning.
• Evaluate individual vehicle cases and proactively coordinate cancellation approvals with HQ when vehicles are determined to be non-saleable or unsuitable for customer delivery.

Logistics Performance & Process Improvement:

• Establish and monitor logistics KPIs, including supply lead time, transportation performance, and delivery quality.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network.
• Support digitalization and process automation projects to enhance visibility, productivity, and reporting capabilities.
• Implement best practices to strengthen supply chain resilience and operational excellence.
• Lead logistics accident management activities, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive action planning, in close collaboration with logistics service providers and relevant stakeholders.

Transportation Planning & Shipping Management:

• Lead transportation planning activities to secure optimal vehicle flow and market availability.
• Monitor lead-time performance trends and drive continuous improvements through proactive escalation and early-warning mechanisms.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, shipment companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient inbound vehicle transportation.
• Prioritize transportation allocation based on market demand, sales opportunities, and vehicle availability.
• Manage special transportation requirements, including airfreight shipments, event vehicles, exhibition units, and carnet movements.
• Validate shipping documentation, Incoterms compliance, and transportation-related regulatory requirements.
• Monitor freight cost developments and provide impact assessments and reporting to management.

Inbound Logistics Operations Management:

• Review inbound logistics planning and execution to ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate transportation activities with logistics service providers, terminals, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage special inbound projects and non-standard transportation requirements.
• Ensure efficient vendor settlement processes and payment accuracy.
• Continuously improve logistics operational processes, systems, and vendor management practices.
• Optimize inbound transportation routes and logistics network performance to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Vehicle Storage & Capacity Management:

• Monitor storage capacity utilization and proactively identify potential capacity constraints.
• Develop mitigation plans and coordinate storage allocation to prevent supply chain disruptions.
• Collaborate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to secure sufficient storage capacity aligned with business volume projections.
