Intern, Mercedes-Benz General Distributor (MBGD) SEA

Job Description:

• Contribute to key MBGD functions across Market Management, Planning, Ordering, and Reporting, supporting strategic business operations across the region.
• Support the preparation of high-quality monthly and quarterly management reports for senior leadership review.
• Assist in the coordination and processing of General Distributor claims, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Assist in coordinating with General Distributor markets on rolling forecasts, target planning, and program requirements to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Support the collection and analysis of market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor insights to help formulate strategies for assigned GD markets in line with Mercedes-Benz growth objectives.
• Gain the opportunity to take ownership of departmental projects and contribute to impactful business initiatives.
• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and project-based initiatives as required

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Degree in International Business/ Marketing/ Business Development/ Business Administration/ Business Analytics / Economics
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable with digital & AI tools (Copilot)
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Keen interest in international trade policies & update is a plus.
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work independently when needed
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
