ADAS Sensor Calibration Engineer 智能驾驶传感器标定工程师
About the role
Objectives:
-
Act as function owner for end-to-end sensor calibration (EOL, after-sales, and online) across current and next-generation ADAS/AD systems.
-
Define calibration requirements by integrating inputs from production, workshop, and real-world customer driving behavior.
-
Align technical specifications with HW and SW suppliers, ensuring robust lifecycle delivery and defect-free calibration performance.
Main tasks:
1. Act as function owner for end-to-end sensor calibration (EOL, after-sales, and online) across current and next-generation ADAS/AD systems.
-
Define overall calibration concept and strategy covering:
-
EOL (production line calibration)
-
After-sales / workshop calibration
-
Online / in-field calibration
-
Ensure consistency of calibration logic, accuracy targets, and fallback mechanisms across all scenarios
-
Establish calibration interface definitions with ADAS perception and sensor abstraction layers
2. Align calibration infrastructure and system setup with production and after-sales teams, ensuring a globally consistent and scalable solution.
-
Define overall calibration infrastructure architecture across:
-
Production (EOL calibration stations)
-
After-sales (workshop/service tools)
-
Align with production teams on:
-
Calibration station setup (hardware, tooling, layout)
-
Process workflows and cycle time constraints
-
Define calibration sequence, automation level, and quality gates
-
Define service calibration concept, including procedures, user guidance and integration into diagnostic/service tools
3. Align technical specifications with HW and SW suppliers, ensuring robust lifecycle delivery and defect-free calibration performance
-
Define and align calibration-related technical specifications with suppliers, including:
-
Calibration algorithms and parameterization
-
Sensor HW capabilities affecting calibration (e.g., accuracy, stability, interfaces)
-
SW architecture and integration requirements
-
Ensure clear and testable specifications across HW and SW domains
-
Align and define:
-
Interfaces between sensor HW, calibration SW, and ADAS system
-
Data formats, communication protocols, and parameter exchange mechanisms
-
Ensure compatibility with sensor abstraction layer and system architecture
