· Oversee system configuration, data mapping, and technical integration points between MM and related modules.

· Collaborate with SAP consultants, ABAP developers, and QA teams to define enhancements, customizations, and extensions (e.g., user exits, BADIs, web services).

· Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and system validation to ensure robust performance.

· Manage cutover activities, including parallel runs, data validation, and go-live coordination.

Technical Leadership and Risk Management:

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP MM implementation teams, junior consultants, and technical resources.

· Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks; propose mitigation strategies and contingency plans for complex implementation challenges.

· Conduct design and implementation reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.

· Document architectural decisions, design rationale, and configuration guidelines for knowledge transfer.

Change Management and User Adoption:

· Lead change management initiatives including impact assessments, stakeholder communication, and organizational readiness planning.

· Develop and execute user training strategies, including workshops, documentation, and hands-on training sessions.

· Support post-implementation optimization, including performance tuning, process refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation and Communication:

· Produce comprehensive technical documentation including solution architectures, process flows, configuration guides, data migration strategies, and runbooks.

· Communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in understandable terms; ensure alignment between technical design and business objectives.

· Maintain up-to-date architectural documentation and configuration repositories for future support and enhancements.

Experience:

· Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in SAP implementation and consulting, with at least 5+ years focused on SAP MM module.

· 3+ years in a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Consultant role managing enterprise-level implementations.

· Proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP MM implementations across multiple industries (automotive, manufacturing, retail, pharma, or FMCG preferred).
