Supplier Quality Engineer

Objectives:

• Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for battery cell supplier industrialization, quality assurance, production ramp-up support, and cross-functional coordination between AMG, MB, and supplier teams.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, materials science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on battery engineering, cell manufacturing, cell quality, or cell R&D.

• More than five years of relevant working experience.

• Familiarity with automotive quality systems, such as VDA standards.

• Extensive experience in cell supplier management, including quality management and capacity management.

• Strong hands-on experience, including raw material incoming inspection, cell/component troubleshooting, cell/component disassembly, and cell production line OEE improvement.

• Strong team player with excellent summarization and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently within China, approximately two to three weeks per month.

• Business fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

• Advanced computer literacy and MS Office skills.
