About the role
Experience: 8+ years of mobile software development experience with at least 1–2 years hands-on technical leadership.
Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, Jira, Kubernetes, IaaC and CI/CD tools
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy: Design highly available, scalable cloud architectures
Team Leadership: Mentor Backend developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
Development & Delivery: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure app performance, security, and high availability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend teams, and product managers in Germany to align technical execution with business goals.
