We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team.
Reporting to the Sr. Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business area mainly in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, will involve occasional outstation support as needed. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures (Foundation list) and Code of Conduct

Promotes and sells Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets

Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
-
Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and/or services
-
Promotes and establishes education of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions products and/or services to customers

Provide on-going field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in market, distribution, pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features
-
Implements market development plans/strategies and organize marketing activities as needed
-
Complete administrative reporting as assigned, such as expense reports, updating account profiles and analysis, daily / weekly plans, and activity reports, monthly forecast, database, and inventory log

Provide clinical & technical service to healthcare professionals. (In-service such as case support should be required)

Maintain a high level of product knowledge
Required Knowledge and Experience:
-
Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses
-
0 to 6 years of demonstrated sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry
-
Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languages
-
Computer and MS Office proficient
-
Active driver’s license
-
Industry experience including previous experience in surgical assistance is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)
-
Experience with Electrophysiology (EP catheter & equipment, Pacemaker, ICD) is preferred
-
Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus
