A Day in the Life Position Title: Strategic Program Manager
Reports To: Senior Manager of Enterprise Accounts & Strategy (EA&S) Japan
Position Description:
This position has been created to work within EA&S (Enterprise Accounts and Strategy) to drive3 key initiatives,
- pan-Medtronic strategic programs as the vehicle to optimize and maximize Medtronic capabilities horizontally as one company.
- EA businesses as the vehicle to establish strategic partnerships with selected corporate / strategic accounts for continuous Medtronic business retention and growth.
- Solution and service developments as the enabler to enhance strategic partnerships and accelerate Medtronic revenue at selected corporate / strategic accounts.
This position supports senior manager within EA&S to drive pan-Medtronic strategic programs and EA projects from commercial perspective in close collaboration with Japan Leadership Team (JLT), Operating Units (OUs), functions or principal commercial analyst within EA&S.

Experience and Knowledge:
Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required
- Deep insights on healthcare delivery system in Japan.
