In this exciting and challenging position as a Territory Manager you will be driving the sales of the Endoscopy portfolio targeting a broad range of diseases in the Gastrointestinal (GI) tract in the Capital Region of Denmark. As most of the technologies are at an early stage of market development, a key part of this role will be to accelerate the adoption of these innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions. By joining our Endoscopy team, you will be working with cutting edge technologies such as AI, and innovations that created new Med Tech categories, and we have a rich innovation pipeline. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

·       Develop and execute territory sales plans, meet targets, and identify new business opportunities in hospitals and clinics

·       Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships, with a focus on healthcare/device capital product sales

·       Launch new products aligned with business objectives and manage tender processes

·       Present, promote, and demonstrate Endoscopy products, conduct in-service training, and provide ongoing support

·       Manage the entire sales cycle, prepare reports and forecast, and execute marketing initiatives in key accounts

·       Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and industry standards

Required Knowledge and Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare related (medical or scientific) discipline

·       Passion for the healthcare business and thorough understanding of the national / local health care system

·       Danish as well as conversational English

·       Full, clean driver’s license

Knowledge and experience from the Endoscopy would be a distinct advantage. We are looking for someone who is assertive, persistent and goal oriented but also a strong team player with a „can-do“attitude and the ability to work in a fast changing, demanding and highly matrixed business environment.
