A Day in the Life
To support Medtronic’s vision to advance the Electrophysiology (EP) field, we are seeking an experienced and highly connected candidate. This strategic role is essential in developing a holistic, end-to-end customer engagement strategy—spanning early-stage product development and upstream collaborations to training & education, pre-launch initiatives, launch execution, and post-launch customer advocacy.
In the role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) builds and strengthens relationships across multiple touchpoints—driving impactful participation in upstream initiatives, clinical collaborations, large-scale events, and educational programs. By shaping a structured, multi-level engagement strategy, this position will be instrumental in enhancing customer loyalty, advocacy, and Medtronic’s leadership in the EP space.
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports to the Accelerator Therapies Marketing Manager. Responsible of the Middle East Countries, including Saudi Arabia, United Arab of Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Yemen, Iraq, Jordon, Lebanon, Cyprus and Syria. It involves approximately 50% travel, providing you with the opportunity to engage with diverse markets and stakeholders across the region. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Strategic Marketing and Portfolio Planning: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies based on market insights, competitive analysis, and alignment with global direction.
- Product Management and Launch Execution: Lead product planning, launch readiness, lifecycle management, and market introduction, ensuring alignment with regulatory and commercial needs.
- Market Development and Business Growth: Identify customer needs and new opportunities in collaboration with sales teams to drive market development and portfolio expansion.
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders through congresses, events, and educational initiatives.
- Marketing Campaigns and Content Localization: Customize and execute marketing messages and omnichannel campaigns, localize materials, and track campaign performance.
- Budget and Project Management: Manage the marketing budget, oversee key projects, track return on investment, and ensure efficient execution of marketing activities.
- Performance Tracking and Forecasting: Monitor marketing metrics, support forecasting, and align with cross-functional teams to drive execution and business results.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree
- 4 years of experience in the medical device industry, T&E, Sales, or marketing experience
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
- Recognized expertise in cardiac electrophysiology and ablation solutions translating clinical practice into differentiated customer value.
- Experience in leading go-to-market strategy, portfolio positioning, and launch execution.
- Ability to lead through influence across functional teams to drive therapy adoption.
- Strong physician-facing credibility, including KOL engagement, education, and congress leadership.
