A Day in the Life

Territory Manager is responsible for driving direct sales performance across the Ireland territory, delivering sustainable growth. The position focuses on expanding market share within surgical heart valves, surgical ablation, perfusion, and ECMO products, while building strong clinical partnerships and delivering value-based solutions to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will operate in a highly clinical environment, combining commercial excellence with hands-on surgical support.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Drive direct sales performance across Ireland, achieving AOP targets and delivering sustainable revenue growth
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through clinical selling and delivery of compelling value propositions
  • Support surgeons, Perfusionists and theatre staff within the operating room environment, providing product expertise and procedural guidance
  • Identify new business opportunities, lead multi-stakeholder selling activities, and manage assigned accounts effectively
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans using CRM tools, including preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute national initiatives, manage consignment inventory cycle counts, and attend required regional, national, and international meetings

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven sales experience in a medically related environment
  • Ability to work in an operating room setting
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion and energy
  • Travel is required, must have a valid driver’s license
