The Contract Analyst manages indirect channel partner agreements, ensure compliance and alignments with company policies. You are expected to maintain strong collaboration between external customers and internal organizations. This is a rare and incredible opportunity to know the flow of the medical device industry, and furthermore, it is a rewarding and challenging place to immediately affect the patient's life and get positive results.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manage the Indirect Channel Partners agreements and due diligence

• Manage the Securimate platform and making sure it is always updated

• Conduct the screening and evaluation the indirect channel partners

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity

• Leading the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of SOPs in Korea

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications, preferably Management or Business Administration – Law degree and/or Masters is a great plus

• At least 2 years of experience in any administrative and compliance role

• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean languages

• Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good prioritization and organizational skills

• Strong ability to work well within a team and autonomously

• Achievement oriented and ability to drive results with the highest quality standards
